At the Path Project’s Gala this past Friday night they presented the very first Royce Duncan Memorial Scholarship to David Ochoa, a senior at South Gwinnett High School! Sugarloaf Wealth Management, LLC established the scholarship fund here at the Community Foundation in honor of Royce (read the story behind the scholarship fund here).
