Gwinnett Giving Girls
Join our Gwinnett Giving Girls for their next meeting on December 13th from 5:30 – 7 p.m. and connect with women making an impact on our community by helping fund emerging nonprofits focused on women and children!
If you haven’t heard of the term, a giving circle is when “individuals come together and pool their dollars, decide together where to give the money (and other resources such as volunteer time), and learn together about their community and philanthropy”, according to the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers.
Did you know, according to the Women’s Philanthropy Institute, women are more likely to engage in collaborative giving via a giving circle? It’s a great way to join together and make a greater community impact.
